Orders & Products
Absolutely. Every product sold on LuxeCart is 100% authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We have a rigorous vetting process for all our suppliers and offer a Certificate of Authenticity for premium items upon request.
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping address and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at support@luxecart.com. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. However, you can always return items after receiving them under our 30-day return policy.

Yes! If you find an identical product sold by an authorized retailer at a lower price within 14 days of your purchase, we’ll match that price. Simply send us the product link and we’ll verify and issue a price adjustment. This excludes marketplace sellers, clearance items, and limited-time flash sales from other retailers.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times begin once the order has been processed and shipped.
Yes, we ship to over 15 countries worldwide! International shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
We take full responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, contact us if your tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ days (international). We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team for a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Earrings and pierced jewelry
• Intimate apparel
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards All other items are eligible for return within our 30-day policy.
